Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front floor rear console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - REAR FLOOR in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Position the front seat (1) in a forward position in order to gain access to the seat belt switch electrical connector (2), on the left front buckle only.
  3. Disconnect the seat belt switch electrical connector (2), on the left front buckle only.

  4. Remove the following components from the front seat:
    • The screw
    • The inner adjuster finish cover (2)
    • The bolt
    • The seat belt buckle (1)
