Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the lift gate sill trim plate. Refer to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the following components from the vehicle:
    • The 2 bolts (2)
    • The rear lift gate striker (1)
