Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Vibe. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the quarter upper trim panel (2) to the vehicle. Ensure that the plastic retainers are fully engaged.
  2. Install the quarter lower trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER LOWER  .

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the seat belt shoulder anchor (7) to the vehicle and secure with shoulder anchor bolt (8).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the seat belt shoulder anchor bolt to 41 N.m (30 lb ft)

  4. Close shoulder anchor cover (1).
