Fore-Aft Adjustment

  1. Raise the hood.
  2. Support the hood.
  3. Loosen the hood (1) mounting bolts.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  4. Adjust the hood to the front fender clearance gap (1) to between 2.5-5.5 mm (0.10-0.22 in) on each side of the hood. Tighten the hood mounting bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the hood mounting bolts to 13 N.m (9 lb ft).

  5. Remove the hood support.
  6. Lower the hood.
