Removal Procedure

NOTE: When removing body panels, apply tape to corners of panel and adjacent surfaces to help prevent paint damage.

Raise and support the hood.
Remove the right fender flare. Refer to FLARE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FENDER in Exterior Trim.
Remove the right wheelhouse panel (1). Refer to WHEELHOUSE PANEL REPLACEMENT .
Remove the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - FRONT BUMPER in Bumpers.
Remove the right rocker molding. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT - ROCKER PANEL in Exterior Trim.
Remove the right head lamp assembly. Refer to HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY OR HEADLAMP BULB REPLACEMENT in Lighting Systems.
Remove hood assist rod. Refer to HOOD HOLD-OPEN ROD REPLACEMENT .
Remove right rear inner fender splash guard.

Remove the right front fender (1) to rocker panel bolt.

Remove the 2 right front fender to door jamb (3) bolts.

Remove the top 2 right front fender bolts (1).

Remove the 1 bolt (2) from the front of the right front fender.
Remove the right front fender (1) from the vehicle.
