Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Install the front fender (1) to the vehicle. Secure the fender with the 1 bolt (2).
Tighten

Tighten the front fender bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

Install the top 2 front fender (1) bolts.
Tighten

Tighten the top front fender bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

Install the 2 door jamb (3) to front fender bolts.
Tighten

Tighten the door jamb to front fender bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

Install the front fender (1) to rocker panel bolt.
Tighten

Tighten the front fender to rocker panel bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
Install right fender rear inner splash guard.

Install hood assist rod. Refer to HOOD HOLD-OPEN ROD REPLACEMENT .
Install right headlamp assembly. Refer to HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY OR HEADLAMP BULB REPLACEMENT in Lighting Systems.
Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - FRONT BUMPER in Bumpers.
Install the right rocker panel molding. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT - ROCKER PANEL in Exterior Trim.
Install the right wheel house panel. Refer to WHEELHOUSE PANEL REPLACEMENT .
Install the right fender flare. Refer to FLARE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FENDER in Exterior Trim.
Close hood panel.
