Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Vibe. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Assemble the upper and lower fascias with the 10 screws.
  2. Install the grilles. Refer to FASCIA GRILLE REPLACEMENT (UPPER)  or FASCIA GRILLE REPLACEMENT (LOWER)  .
  3. Position the fascia to the vehicle.

  4. Install the screws (4) of the upper Fascia (2).
  5. Install the push-in the retainers (3) starting at the center, to the front upper bumper fascia.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  6. Install the bolts (1) to the front fascia (2) at the front fenders.

    Tighten 

  7. Tighten the front fascia bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
  8. Install the fog lamps. Refer to FOG LAMP REPLACEMENT - FRONT in Lighting Systems.
  9. Install the front fender liners. Refer to WHEELHOUSE PANEL REPLACEMENT in Body Front End.
