Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Vibe. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Position the rear washer hose (9) to the inner right side of the vehicle.
  2. Route the rear washer hose (9) through the inside of the rear roof panel.
  3. Connect the rear washer hose (9) to the rear washer nozzle hose (4).
  4. Position the rear washer hose to the right rear quarter panel area and secure with tape.
  5. Position the rear washer hose to the right sill area and secure with tape.
  6. Install the rear washer hose (9) through the rubber conduit opening (12) in the right side of the instrument panel.
  7. Connect the rear washer hose (9) to the rear washer pump.

  8. Install the 2 push in retainers (2) to the rear of the headliner (1).
  9. Install the rear dome lamp. Refer to DOME LAMP REPLACEMENT in Lighting Systems.
  10. Install the right rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER UPPER in Interior Trim.
  11. Install the right lower center pillar molding. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - LOWER CENTER PILLAR in Interior Trim.
  12. Install the right hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to TRIM REPLACEMENT - HINGE PILLAR in Interior Trim.
  13. Install the right wheelhouse panel. Refer to WHEELHOUSE PANEL REPLACEMENT in Body Front End.
