Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Vibe. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Position the clutch pedal assembly in the vehicle.
  2. Connect the CPP switch electrical connector.
  3. Connect the CCR switch electrical connector.
    NOTE: Refer to FFASTENER NOTICE .
  4. Install the 2 clutch pedal retaining nuts and 1 bolt.

    Tighten 

    • Tighten the retaining nuts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
    • Tighten the retaining bolt to 19 N.m (14 lb ft).

  5. Install the clevis clip and the pin.

  6. Install the Lower Instrument Panel. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - LOWER .
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
