Installation Procedure

  1. Install the clutch master cylinder in the vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the clutch master cylinder retaining nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the clutch master cylinder retaining nuts to 12 N.m (9 lb ft).

  3. Install the clevis pin and clip.

  4. Install the hydraulic pipe to the clutch master cylinder.

  5. Install the brake booster assembly in the vehicle. Refer to HYDRAULIC CLUTCH BLEEDING  in Hydraulic Brakes.
  6. Connect the reservoir tube to the clutch master cylinder.
  7. Bleed the clutch. Refer to VACUUM BRAKE BOOSTER REPLACEMENT
