Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Centering

NOTE: The new SIR coil assembly will be centered. Improper alignment of the SIR coil assembly may damage the unit, causing an inflatable restraint malfunction.
  1. While holding the coil outer casing (1), turn the coil center casing counterclockwise until the coil reaches the stop.
  2. Turn the coil center casing clockwise 2.5 turns.
  3. Align the arrow on the center casing with the arrow on the outer casing (2).
