Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Important: 

  1. Install the A/C refrigerant pressure switch (2).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the A/C refrigerant pressure switch (2) to 10 N.m (7.0 lb ft).

  2. Connect the A/C refrigerant pressure switch electrical connector (1).
  3. Evacuate and recharge the refrigerant system. Refer to REFRIGERANT RECOVERY AND RECHARGING  .
  4. Operate the A/C system and check for leaks. Refer to LEAK TESTING  .
