Without Centering Window Or Service Lock

Hold SIR coil assembly face up. See Fig 1. Rotate coil hub in direction of arrow until it stops. Rotate coil hub in opposite direction 2 1/2 turns. Prevent coil hub from moving until installed on steering column.
