Removal & Installation

  1. Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor is mounted to top of air filter housing. Turn OFF the ignition. Disconnect MAF sensor harness connector. Loose air induction clamp from MAF sensor and remove air induction tube from sensor. Remove MAF sensor fastener nuts and remove sensor.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Connect the MAF sensor harness connector. Push connector in until the lock position is felt and pull back to confirm engagement. Tighten MAF sensor nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
