Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix and 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Position the rear seat sound barrier in the vehicle.
  2. If equipped, install the push-in retainers (1).
  3. If equipped, install the jute overlay around the speakers.
  4. Install the quarter lower trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER LOWER (SEDAN)  .
  5. Install the rear shelf trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW SHELF  .
  6. Install the rear seat back. Refer to SEAT BACK REPLACEMENT -- REAR (STATIONARY) or SEAT BACK FRAME REPLACEMENT -- REAR (FOLDING) in Seats.
  7. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to SEAT CUSHION REPLACEMENT -- REAR in Seats.
