Installation Procedure

  1. Position the assist handle by the headliner.
  2. Connect the lamp electrical connector (3).

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the assist handle retaining screws (1).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  4. Close the screw covers (2) and return the handle to the upright position.
