Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front seat adjuster track covers. Refer to SEAT ADJUSTER TRACK COVER REPLACEMENT - FRONT  .
  2. Remove the front seat head restraint. Refer to HEAD RESTRAINT REPLACEMENT - FRONT SEAT  .
  3. Position the front seat to the full forward and the full-up position.
  4. Remove the nut from the front seat belt bracket, on the door side of the seat.

  5. Remove the bolts from the rear of the seat adjuster.
  6. Disconnect the electrical body harness from the seat.
  7. Tilt the seat forward and slid it back to disengage the seat adjuster hooks holding the seat to the floor pan.
  8. Remove the front seat from the vehicle.
