Removal Procedure

- Remove the rear door trim panel.
- Remove the rear door inner energy absorber pad. Refer to ENERGY ABSORBER PAD REPLACEMENT - INNER REAR .
- Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR .
- Remove the rear door outer energy absorber pad. Refer to ENERGY ABSORBER PAD REPLACEMENT - OUTER REAR .
- Remove the rear door inner window sealing strip. Refer to SEALING STRIP REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR WINDOW BELT INNER .
- Remove the rear door stationary window molding. Refer to WINDOW MOLDING REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR STATIONARY .
- Remove the rear door frame applique. Refer to DOOR FRAME APPLIQUE REPLACEMENT - REAR .
- Remove the rear door window. Refer to WINDOW REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR .
- Remove the rear door outside door handle. Refer to DOOR HANDLE REPLACEMENT - REAR OUTSIDE .
- Remove the rear door inside door handle. Refer to DOOR HANDLE REPLACEMENT - REAR INSIDE .
- Remove the rear door lock. Refer to LOCK REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR .
- Remove the rear door window weatherstrip. Refer to WEATHERSTRIP REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR WINDOW
- Remove the rear door window regulator. Refer to WINDOW REGULATOR REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR .
- Disconnect the wiring harness.
- Remove the rear door bottom auxiliary sealing strip. Refer to SEALING STRIP REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR BOTTOM AUXILIARY .
- Remove the rear door rubber conduit. Refer to RUBBER CONDUIT REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR .
- Remove the rear door side molding. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT - BODY SIDE in Exterior Trim.
- Remove the rear door lower finish panel. Refer to FINISH PANEL REPLACEMENT - DOOR LOWER in Exterior Trim.
- Support the rear door.
- Remove the intermediate rear door hinge bolts.
- Remove the rear door, with an assistant.
