Installation Procedure

  1. Align the IP compartment latch with the IP compartment door.

  2. Slide the retainer clip onto the IP compartment latch.
  3. Route the lock rod into the IP latch.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the IP compartment latch screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

  5. Close the IP compartment door.
