Installation Procedure

- Connect the electrical connector to the fog lamp switch.
- Align the locating pins and the retainer clips on the IPC trim plate with the slots in the IP.
- Push in the IPC trim plate at each of the retainer clip locations in order to lock in the trim plate.
- Raise the steering column. Refer to STEERING COLUMN REPLACEMENT .
- Install the knee bolster bracket. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement .
- Install the steering column filler. Refer to Steering Column Filler Replacement .
- Install the left IP insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - Left .
- Connect the battery ground negative cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE .
