Removal & Installation (C3500 HD)

Remove the negative battery cables. Remove the sensor electrical connector. Remove power steering pump. Remove the sensor mounting bolt. Remove the sensor from engine. Handle sensor carefully. Inspect the sensor "O" ring for wear, cracks or leakage. Replace "O" ring if necessary. Lube the "O" ring with engine oil. Install the sensor in the engine. Install the sensor electrical connector. Install the power steering pump. Install the negative battery cables.
