Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the appropriate instrument panel (IP) insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT  or  CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT  in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Rotate the IP courtesy lamp socket counterclockwise. Remove the socket from the IP insulator.
  3. Remove the bulb from the socket.
