Removal Procedure

Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
Remove the left diagonal brace. Refer to BRACE REPLACEMENT - FRONT FENDER UPPER DIAGONAL in Body Front End.
Use J 38185 in order to reposition the hose clamp from the radiator.
Remove the radiator inlet hose from the radiator.

Use J 38185 in order to reposition the hose clamp from the water outlet housing.
Remove the radiator inlet hose from the water outlet housing and the vehicle.
