Installation Procedure

  1. Install the engine cooling fan motor.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the cooling fan motor bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the engine cooling fan blade.
  4. Install the engine cooling fan blade nut.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nut to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  5. Connect the engine cooling fan motor electrical connector.
  6. Install the engine cooling fan assembly. Refer to COOLING FAN REPLACEMENT - ELECTRIC  .
