Installation Procedure

  1. Install the lower engine mount bracket to the exhaust manifold stud and the upper engine mount strut bracket.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the lower engine mount strut bracket bolts and nut.

    Tighten 

    • Tighten the lower engine mount bracket nut to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
    • Tighten the lower engine mount bracket bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
  3. Connect the battery ground (negative) cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE in Battery.
