Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) and EGR Pipe Removal

  1. Remove the EGR valve nuts, EGR valve and gasket.
  2. Remove the EGR valve adapter inlet pipe bolt and pipe from the RH exhaust manifold.
  3. Remove the EGR valve outlet pipe bolt, nut and pipe from the lower intake manifold and the EGR valve adapter assembly.
  4. Remove the EGR valve adapter assembly bolts.
  5. Remove the EGR valve adapter assembly from the cylinder head.
