Removal & Installation

Remove the engine cover. See ENGINE COVER . Remove the throttle position (TP) sensor harness connector. Remove the TP sensor attaching fasteners. Remove the TP sensor from the throttle body assembly. With the throttle valve closed, install the TP sensor on the throttle shaft. Rotate the TP sensor counterclockwise in order to align the mounting holes. Install the TP sensor attaching fasteners. Install the TP sensor harness connector. Install the engine cover.
