Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT .
  2. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the vacuum tank.

  3. Remove the screws that secure the vacuum tank to the HVAC module.
  4. Remove the vacuum tank.
