Removal & Installation

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. See AIR CLEANER OUTLET DUCT  . Remove the retaining clamp from the assembly. Separate the fuel mixer housing from the throttle body adapter. Remove the fuel mixer retaining bolts. Separate the fuel mixer from the throttle body adapter.
  2. Install the fuel mixer into the throttle body adapter ensuring that all mounting surfaces are clean. Install the fuel mixer retaining bolts. Tighten the fuel mixer retaining bolts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Attach the fuel mixer housing to the throttle body adapter using the retaining clamp. Tighten the clamp. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.
