Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine cooling fans. Refer to Cooling Fan Replacement - Electric .
  2. Remove the engine cooling fan heat shields.
  3. Disconnect the engine cooling fan electrical connectors from the cooling fan motors.
  4. Remove the engine cooling fan electrical harness from the fan shroud.

  5. Remove the engine cooling fan blade nuts.
  6. Remove the engine cooling fan blades.

  7. Remove the engine cooling fan motor bolts.
  8. Remove the engine cooling fan motors from the fan shroud.
