Installation Procedure

  1. Install the drive belt tensioner.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  4. Install the coolant recovery reservoir. Refer to COOLANT RECOVERY RESERVOIR REPLACEMENT .
