Removal & Installation (2.4L)

Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor is located in valve cover. See Fig 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove CMP sensor mounting bolt and remove CMP sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten CMP sensor bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
