Removal (Regulator)

  1. High Pressure Regulator (HPR) is located in left side of trunk compartment. See Figure. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE (CNG) .
  2. Lower rear seat. Loosen lower vent hose clamp. Pull vent hose from regulator. Remove HPR-to-High Pressure Line (HPL) from HPR. Remove HPR mounting nut.
  3. Raise and support vehicle. Install hose pinching clamps on coolant inlet and outlet lines at HPR. Remove coolant hoses from HPR. Disconnect the HPR fuel outlet line from HPR. Remove high pressure regulator.
