High Pressure Lock-Off: Removal

- High Pressure Lock-Off (HPL) is located in left side of trunk compartment. See Figure. Vent CNG fuel tank. See FUEL TANK VENTING (CNG) .
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect any remaining electrical connectors, fittings or lines from HPL.
- Using Crowfoot (J 43602), loosen HPL. See Fig 1. Remove the HPL from the CNG fuel tank and discard the HPL and "O" ring. If fuel contamination is suspected, reinstall original HPL finger-tight, then remove the CNG fuel tank prior to installing the new HPL. See FUEL TANK (CNG) .
