Installation Procedure

CAUTION: Do not attempt to repair or alter the head impact energy-absorbing material glued to the headliner or to the garnish trims. If the material is damaged, replace the headliner and/or the garnish trim. Failure to do so could result in personal injury.
  1. Remove the protective covering from the adhesive on the headliner contact areas.
  2. Install the headliner to the roof lift-off panel.
    1. Place the forward edge of the headliner against the forward frame of the roof.
    2. Press firmly on the adhesive contact areas to engage the adhesive.
    3. Using a spatula, tuck the headliner between the roof panel and the roof frame.

  3. Install the roof lift-off panel.
