Installation Procedure

  1. Align the striker with the marks made before removal.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the striker attaching bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the roof front latch handle striker bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the upper and side garnish moldings. Refer to WINDSHIELD UPPER GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT in Interior Trim.
  4. Install the sunshade. Refer to SUNSHADE REPLACEMENT in Interior Trim.

  5. Install the roof panel.
  6. Adjust if necessary. Refer to ROOF LIFT OFF PANEL ADJUSTMENT .
