Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the folding top cover. Refer to FOLDING TOP COVER REPLACEMENT .
  2. Using a pair of needle-nosed pliers, remove the stay pad staples from the #5 bow.
  3. Cover the stowage compartment lid to protect the lid from damage.
  4. Latch the top.

  5. Using a pair of needle-nosed pliers, remove the stay pad staples to the #4, 3, and 2 bows.
  6. Drill out the stay pad rivets to the #1 bow.
  7. Remove the stay pad.
