Removal Procedure

Position the folding top with the #1 and #5 bow up.

Remove the seal compression panel. Refer to FOLDING TOP SEAL COMPRESSION PANEL REPLACEMENT .
Use a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the top cover staples from the bow.

Use a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the headliner staples from the bow.
CAUTION: Refer to SAFETY GLASSES CAUTION in Cautions and Notices.
From the top of the bow, drill out the rivets from the top cover retainer.
Remove the top cover retainer.
