Installation Procedure

  1. Position the striker to the mark on the hood.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the bolts attaching the striker to the hood.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the striker bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Close the hood and check alignment. Adjust as necessary.
