Installation Procedure

  1. Install the energy absorber.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the energy absorber, spacers and bolts to the impact bar

    Tighten 

    Tighten the rear energy absorber attaching bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  3. Install the rear fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - REAR BUMPER  .
