Removal (4.3L)

Disconnect Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor harness connector. MAF sensor is located in right side of engine compartment, near air cleaner assembly. See Figure. Loosen hose clamps on both sides of MAF sensor. Dislodge air inlet tube from outlet side of MAF sensor. Pull MAF sensor from air cleaner assembly.
