Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to BATTERY DISCONNECT CAUTION in Cautions and Notices.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the clutch master cylinder reservoir cap (clutch start switch) electrical connector.

Insert a feeler gauge between the switch and the clutch pedal bracket to release the switch tab.
Remove the switch.
Lift the switch slightly then pull to remove.
