Removal (3.8L - VIN K)

Turn OFF the ignition. Remove fuel injector sight shield (upper engine cover) from engine. Disconnect the MAP sensor electrical connector. See Figure. Carefully release the locking tabs holding the MAP sensor to the PCV valve cover just enough to remove the MAP sensor. Pull the MAP sensor straight out of PCV valve cover.
