Removal & Installation

Turn ignition off. Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect knock sensor harness connector(s). See Fig 1. Remove knock sensor retaining bolt and knock sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten knock sensor retaining bolt(s) to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
