Mil On Steady: Description

The battery voltage is supplied directly to the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL). The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) turns MIL ON by grounding the MIL control circuit.

Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Engine Controls, when the following conditions are present:
