Installation Procedure

  1. Install the heater outlet duct.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the heater outlet duct screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 0.9 N.m (8 lb in).

  4. Install the center floor air outlet. Refer to Air Outlet Replacement - Center Floor .
  5. Install the I/P compartment. Refer to Compartment Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  6. Install the left I/P insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  7. Install the right I/P insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
