Stabilizer Shaft: Installation

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft (4) to the rear axle. See Figure .
  2. Install the insulators (13 and 16) and the clamps (12 and 17). See Figure .
  3. Install the bolts (15) to the clamps. Do not tighten bolts at this time. See Figure .
  4. Install the lower bolts through the stabilizer shaft ends (4), the stabilizer links (14 and 18), and the washers (9 and 19). See Figure .
  5. Install the nuts (8 and 20). Then tighten the clamp bolts and the stabilizer link nut. See Figure . See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
