| Control Valve Body Assembly - Reverse engagement only | The reverse servo boost valve (367A) is binding or is damaged. |
| Control Valve Body Assembly - Drive engagement only | The forward servo boost valve (367B) is binding or is damaged. |
| Control Valve Body Spacer Plate Assembly - Drive engagement only | The thermal element is damaged or is not functioning properly. |
| TCC Blowoff Ball Valve Assembly | The TCC blowoff ball valve (420) is not seating - causing torque converter drain back. |
