Installation Procedure

- Apply sealant GM P/N 12345382 or equivalent to the pressure test hole plug.
- Install the pressure test hole plug (38).
Tighten: Tighten the pressure test hole plug (38) to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
- Install the air inlet duct. Refer to the appropriate service information.
- Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls-3.4L.
- Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.6L (LY7).
