Removal (3.5L)

Turn ignition off. Remove coolant recovery tank mounting nuts. Lift coolant recovery tank to gain access to Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor. Disconnect CMP sensor connector. See Figure. Remove CMP sensor mounting bolt. Remove CMP sensor from cylinder head.
